Terms & Conditions

  • Video Advertisements length can’t be more than 10 seconds.
  • No new advertisements will be booked for the month of December alone
  • Desired design of the advertisement should be given by the client in the given size and format.
  • Advertisement designing can also be done by the designers at “JOVI Ventures Pvt. Ltd.” in case client is not able to do so.
  • Advertisements will be approved by the authorized concerned person from JJS committee members & JJS bear all the rights to approve or disapprove the advertisement.
  • Payments to be made in favor of “JOVI Ventures Pvt. Ltd.” payable as a 100% advance. 18% GST is applicable.
  • JJS has all the rights to cancel any of the services by refunding the paid amount.
  • Subject to Jaipur Jurisdiction.
