Parking for Visitors
The organizers have made arrangements of parking facility for visitor's
vehicles for the duration of the exhibition.
|
|
|
Exhibitors' Car Stickers
Exhibitors are allowed to park their cars in the specified parking area
(Exhibitors Parking) from 18th Dec.,2009 only if the JJS 2009 car sticker is displayed
prominently on their car. Each exhibitor will be entitled to get Complimentary Car
parking stickers ( as given below in Table 4) for parking their cars in the Exhibitors
Parking Section. Car stickers and badges will be delivered from JJS office/site
from 18th Dec., 2009. Any car found inside the show venue, other than in the designated
parking areas, with or without JJS car stickers will be towed away by the concerned
authority.

SHUTTLE SERVICE
|

|
Free shuttle service will be available from all the parking areas in Central Park
to the Jaipur Jewellery Show venue during the show days.

FOOD & BEVERAGES

- Free Lunch Coupons
JJS will provide free lunch coupons for the exhibitors for all 4 days to the persons
who have been registered for the authorized badges (in form no 4). The coupons will
be provided by the JJS. - Cafeteria / Coffee Shops
Suitable locations have been identified in the Halls for Coffee Shops for tea, coffee
and light snacks throughout the day. - Rules & Regulations
- Consumption of meals at booths is strictly prohibited.
- Exhibitors are requested
to have food only in the cafeteria / coffee shops.
- Consumption of light refreshments
( dry snacks ) soft drinks, tea and coffee is allowed inside the booths.
